同等刚度条件下空心轴与实心轴的设计比较

摘    要:通过对轴的刚度进行计算,分析比较在同等长度、同等材料条件下,实心轴与空心轴的质量之比与面积之比的关系。结果表明,在载荷相等的条件下,合理壁厚的空心轴设计可以在很大程度上节约材料。尤其在对质量要求比较严格的机械设备上,采用空心轴设计能大大减轻零部件质量,更好地实现减重目标。

Abstract:In this paper,the author analyzed and compared the ratios between the weight and section of the hollow shaft and solid shaft respectively on the same length and same material through calculating the stiffness of the shaft.Then it came to the conclusion that the design of using the hollow shaft is much better and more economical than the solid shaft under the same load.Especially to some mechanical devices when weight is an important design consideration factor,that can reduce the weight of the parts greatly...
