摘    要:以草酸为沉淀剂,研究了制备大颗粒氧化钕的工艺,考察了反应温度、溶液酸度、添加剂浓度、陈化时间等因素对氧化钕粒径(Ds0)的影响,并确定了草酸钕的灼烧温度.根据实验结果确定了适宜的制备工艺,并按此工艺制备出了粒径在50μm~150μm范围内,分散均匀的大粒度氧化钕.研究结果表明,采用该工艺制备大颗粒稀土氧化物可行,且操作简单,产品质量稳定,易于推广到工业生产.

Abstract:The large particle neodymium oxide was prepared using oxalic acid as precipitation agent.The effects of preparation conditions on the particle size of neodymium oxide were discussed.The results show that the particle size of neodymium oxide can be controlled effectively by the temperature,acidity of the solution,concentration of additive,aging time,etc.The ignition temperature of neodymium oxalate was also determined.The optimized preparation process of large particle neodymium oxide was obtained.The neodym...
