| 摘 要： | 在宁夏东方坦业冷轧管机项目中,为了实现Simotion伺服系统与上位机监控软件Wincc的通信,采用了OPC服务技术,Simotion通过自身生成的标准OPC文件与Simaticnet进行连接,Simaticnet作为OPC通信的服务器,Wincc作为OPC通信的客户端,最终实现了对冷轧管机过程数据的实时采集、处理、参数设置、故障报警以及报表打印等功能。实践证明该系统可以精确稳定地运行。
