防喷器自动化试压系统设计与应用

阐述了防喷器自动化试压系统的设计原理与现场应用，该系统由安全防护、摄像监视与数据采集3部分组成，利用固定式和行走式防护墙实现了安全隔离高压区，应用可移动式摄像监视机构实现了计算机全方位监控试压过程，压力检测系统与计算机相联接实现了实时采集试压全过程技术数据．并可通过打印机输出完整的试压资料；该系统的额定工作压力为105MPa，高压区为高度3．5m、水平面直径φ4．5m的圆柱空间。防喷器自动化试压系统设计完成后，经过全面调试，测试各类防喷器106台．系统运转良好．各项技术指标都达到了设计要求。
