摘    要:阐述了防喷器自动化试压系统的设计原理与现场应用,该系统由安全防护、摄像监视与数据采集3部分组成,利用固定式和行走式防护墙实现了安全隔离高压区,应用可移动式摄像监视机构实现了计算机全方位监控试压过程,压力检测系统与计算机相联接实现了实时采集试压全过程技术数据.并可通过打印机输出完整的试压资料;该系统的额定工作压力为105MPa,高压区为高度3.5m、水平面直径φ4.5m的圆柱空间。防喷器自动化试压系统设计完成后,经过全面调试,测试各类防喷器106台.系统运转良好.各项技术指标都达到了设计要求。

Abstract:Drilling well is an important engineering in exploration and development of oil field.A well-blowout is a more serious and suffering accident. A blowout preventer is an effective equipment in controlling well-blowout. It is introduced by this chapter for an automatic pressure test equipment of the blowout preventer. This system includes three parts: safe protection, watching and collection of data. A tes tresult can be printed by a printer. The parameters are: a specified test pressure is 105 MPa, The safe range is (3.5 m) in height high and (4.5 m) in diametcr. This equipment tested lob blowout preventers In practice, it runs very well, effects of parameters are very good.
