| Abstract: | The status quo of East China Power Grid and Tianhuangping Pumped-Storage Power Station were presented.The roles of Tianhuangping Pumped-Storage Power Station in peak regulation,emergency reserve,frequency regulation,phase modulation,and black-start for East China Power Grid were illuminated.It was pointed out that its advantages can be made full use of through optimal dispatching. |
