摘    要:基于Web的地理信息系统(Web geographic informationsystem,WebGIS)在电力企业信息化建设中能够及时、准确地传递信息并辅助决策。针对电力WebGIS建设过程中存在的电力设施模型复杂、图形更新速度缓慢、用户操作繁琐等问题进行研究,在空间数据组织中提出了"四维四分"("四维"指空间三维和时间维,"四分"指地理空间、设备空间、拓扑空间和电物理空间的空间四分)的电网空间数据模型,在查询检索方面提出了基于语义的聚类R–树索引和多级缓存机制,在图形渲染方面提出了背景地图瓦片和电力设施矢量混合渲染的方式,在图形操作方面采用类Google Map的模式,最后提出了电力WebGIS平台实现的体系结构。

Abstract:In the informatization construction of power enterprises,the Web geographic information system(WebGIS) can transmit messages accurately and timely and assist the decision-making.In allusion to such problems existing in the WebGIS construction for power enterprises as complexity of power equipment models,slow updating speed of graphics,prolix user operation,in the spatial data organization a spatial power grid data model based on four dimensionalities,namely three-dimensional space and time dimension,and four spacedivisions,namely the geographic space,equipment space,topological space and electro-physical space,is proposed.In the aspects of query and retrieval a semantic based cluster R-tree index and a multi-cache mechanism are put forward;in graphics rendering a rendering mode of background map tiles mixed with vectors of power equipments is offered;in graphics operation a mode similar to Google Map is adopted.Finally,a new architecture for the implementation of power WebGIS platform is given.
