基于模糊逻辑的足迹图像滤波算法

摘    要:根据足迹图像噪声的特点,提出一种基于模糊逻辑的足迹图像去噪算法.算法首先分析足迹图像中像素不同方向邻域的灰度值分布情况进行噪声像素点的检测.然后使用改进的去除最大最小灰度值中值滤波算法对已检测噪声像素点的灰度值进行复原估计.最后,通过所设计符合实际的模糊逻辑规则,进行足迹图像噪声污染像素点的复原.实验结果表明,新算法在去除噪声的同时能够较好地保持足迹图像的细节特征,取得了优于现有大多数足迹图像滤波算法的效果.

Abstract:According to the feature of footprint image, an image de-noising algorithm based on fuzzy logic is proposed. For detection of noise points, the new algorithm is based on grayseale distribution of neighboring pixels in different directions, and it uses the improved algorithm of maximum-minimum exclusive median method to estimate the gray level of cur- rent noisy pixels. At last, the new algorithm introduces the fuzzy logic rules, the gray level of noisy pixels will be restored more reasonably. Experiment results show that the new algo- rithm may bring about better effect in eliminating impulsive noise of footprint image in com- parison with the medium filter method and its improved methods.
