| Abstract: | The agriculture comprehensive development and the new rural reconstruction both are important constituent of the China rural work, but the two may mutually promote and supplement. The agriculture comprehensive development should play a role in the new rural reconstruction ; At the same time agriculture comprehensive development can speed up the new rural reconstruction through system innovation. |
