| 摘 要： | 夹送辊堆焊时，由于母材的硫、磷含量较高及堆焊材料含碳量高、硬度大，常常产生热裂纹。本文经过实验．从实践上和理论上研究了采用过渡层对减少其热裂纹的影响。

| Abstract: | Because of containing more sulfur and phosphorus in the steel, and more carbon,high hardness in material of surfacing welding,the pinch roller often turns up hot crack. The infeuence of using intermediate layer on reducing hot crack of pinch roller of surfacing welding was studied through experiment. |
