可逆转乳化钻井液乳化剂的研究

摘    要:根据可逆转乳化钻井液体系的性能要求,对其乳化剂体系进行了研究。优选出酸接触可逆转的有机胺类主乳化剂HN408,可提高乳液稳定性的助乳化剂RSE,以及有助于稳定乳液并能改善酸转相后水包油体系流变性的助表面活性剂RSO。确定了各乳化剂的最佳加量为:HN4082%,RSE1%,RSO0.4%。由此建立了可逆转乳化钻井液体系,该体系在酸转相前后,均具有良好的流变性、热稳定性及较低的高温高压滤失量。

Abstract:The emulsifier systems for reversible emulsion drilling fluids were researched on the base of requirements for the drilling fluid performance. HN408, an organic amine primary emulsifier which reversed the emulsion phase when it was exposed to acid, RSE, an auxiliary emulsifier which increased emulsion stability, and RSO, a cosurfactant which conduced to stabilize emulsion and improved theological property of oil-in-water system after acid phase inversion, were optimized. The optimum adding dosages of the emulsifiers were determined as follows: HN408 was 2%, RSE was 1%, and RSO was 0.4%. A reversible emulsion drilling fluid system was compounded with the formula. The system showed good rheological property, thermal stability and lower high pressure high temperature filter loss before and after acid phase inversion.
