热法磷酸与湿法工业磷酸的技术经济分析

摘    要:以工业级磷酸为目标产品,以黄磷和湿法磷酸加工为起点,以黄磷产业与湿法磷酸生产已有的上下游生产技术为基础,从循环经济的角度出发,系统开展了热法与湿法两条不同加工路线的技术经济分析;引入了原料和产品价格,把热湿两种工艺分别作为一个系统加以分析研究,将各系统生产的所有产品的利润用于冲抵工业磷酸成本来讨论比较其竞争力;重点开展了动力、硫磺价格对热湿两种加工路线所生产工业磷酸的成本分析比较;提出了发展循环经济的建议,指出了在实施黄磷生产尾气制碳一化工产品、渣热综合利用后,湿法磷酸净化制工业磷酸的成本高于热法磷酸。

Abstract:From the perspective of recycling economy,taking the industrial phosphoric acid as a target product,starting from the production of yellow phosphorus and phosphoric acid by wet process,based on the existing production techniques in the upstream and downstream of yellow phosphorus industry and the production of phosphoric acid by wet-process,a systematic techno-economic analysis on the two different processing routes(furnace process and wet process) was made.Prices of raw materials and products were introduced and the wet and furnace processes were treated as a system separately in the analysis and research.In order to discuss and compare their competitiveness,the profit made by all the products of each system was used to offset the cost of industrial phosphoric acid.Especially,the influence of power expense and sulfur price on the costs of the two processing routes was discussed.In addition,the suggestions about the development of recycling economy were put forward.At last,it was pointed that the cost of the production process of industrial phosphoric acid from the purification of phosphoric acid by wet process was higher than that of phosphoric acid by furnace process after the implementation of a series of measures,such as using tail-gas in the yellow phosphorus production to make C1 chemical products and comprehensive utilization of waste residue and heat.
