| 摘 要： | 研究了低品位硫铁矿采用二段硫化床与劣质高硫煤还原反应生产硫磺的工艺过程。用低品位硫铁矿中的硫与铁资源和高硫煤中的煤与硫资源生产硫磺和还原铁粉，实现了资源的充分利用；克服了品位在17%~20%（质量分数，下同）的硫铁矿，在原矿选矿生产硫精砂工艺过程中产生的尾矿对环境造成污染的问题，弥补了硫精砂生产过程中的缺陷。中间实验产品硫磺达到GB/T 2449-2006《工业硫磺》国家标准，副产品铁矿粉含量高于60%，是用于炼钢厂的优质铁原料。该研究工艺使资源利用达到最大化，符合循环经济的法则，是弥补中国硫、铁资源短缺，多方法寻求资源来源的一种有效途径。
