| 摘 要： | 采用经济效益为宗旨的光学系统经济公差理论，可以在满足先学率统整体性能指标的前提下，合理地放宽公差，从而提高产品的经济效益。如何把这一理论应用于实际生产过程，其中一个关键环节，就是要有效地解决公差优化的求解问题。本文从优化方法选择，惩罚函数的构造，优化结果的非线性修正三个方面对该问题加以讨论，最后给出了一个实际应用结果。

| Abstract: | In the condition of satisfying the wholIy functional aims optical system, the eco nomic tolerance theory of optical system, which is adopted due to economic benefit, can rationally loosen the tolerances so that the economic benefit of production will be enhanced. One of the key processes of utilizing this theory in practical production is to efficently solve the problems of optimizing the tolerance. This paper discusses this question in terms of the choice of the optimizing method,the structure of the punishing function and the non-linear modification of the optimized result. At last the paper ends with a practical result. |
