RAFT制备PDLC及其光电性能研究

摘    要:聚合物分散液晶以其独特的光电响应机制赢得了众多研究人员的推崇,具有广视角、制作方便、便于制作大面积平板显示器的优点。实验合成了一种大分子RAFT试剂,将其引入聚合诱导分相法(PIPS)中,研究了其含量对PDLC电光性能的影响。结果表明:当RAFT大分子试剂含量由0%增加到15%的过程中,其关态下的透光率呈现先下降后上升的趋势。在4%以下,阈值电压及饱和电压均上升,对比度显著上升,并初步探讨了RAFT大分子试剂在聚合过程中的作用。

Abstract:Polymer dispersed liquid crystal was canonized by many researchers for its special electronic optical mechanism,with the characteristic of wide angle,easy to fabricate and can be used as large flat displays.In this paper,PDLC films were prepared with method of photo polymerization induced phase separation by macro-molecular prepared by Reversible addition fragmentation chain transfer.The effect of RAFT-M on electronic optical properties of PDLC films was investigated.It is found that as the RAFT-M increased...
