摘    要:讨论了钯膜反应器的实验装置及环己烷的脱氢反应实验方法。对环己烷的脱氢反应及氢气通过钯膜的渗透建立了扩散模型,使用状态-变量法求解偏微分方程组,得出反应物和生成物的组分浓度分布,进而求出反应转化率。同实验结果对比表明,扩散模型能较好地计算脱氢反应及氢气的分离过程。

The Dehydrogenation and Separation of Hydrogen Occurring in Tubular Palladium Membrane Reactors
Abstract:オaotsugu Itoh(National Institute of Materials and Chemical Research,Japan)The experimental apparatus of palladium membrane reactors and the dehydrogenation of cyclohexane are discussed herein.A diffusion model is proposed to the processes of the dehydrogenation and separation of hydrogen through the palladium membrane. The distributions of the concentrations of all the reactants and products,and then the reaction rate,are obtained by solving the partial differential equations with the numerical State Variable Algorithm. Compared with the results of experiments,it is found that the diffusion model can successfully simulate the processes in the reactor.
