摘    要:用有限元方法分析复杂截面导轨在均布载荷作用(当承载货物时)下的变形情况.用米赛斯准则为判据,以有限元分析软件ANSYS为工具,给出了导轨在均布载荷作用下,其应力、应变及变形的情况提出了一种分析导轨受力变形的有效方法.确定出了权限载荷Fmax,并应用试验结果对计算结果进行了验证。

Abstract:The deformation of complex section rail on the condition of well - proportioned load is analyzed. By means of Mises yield criterion and FEM software ANSYS, the distribution of deformation, stress and strain of the rail is shown in an animate way to provide an efficient way to analyze the deformation of rail load. The results can be treated as the reference to solve relative problems. The maximal load has been confirmed and the calculation result has been verified by the experiment.
