| 摘 要： | 基于当前某些煤矿安全信息管理效率低、准确性差的现状,提出了利用计算机网络技术来进行安全信息数据的处理加工方法,将煤矿安全信息与煤炭企业管理流程再造相结合,建立了煤矿安全管理模型框架,以提高安全信息的实时性和准确性。在此基础上,给出具有录入系统和查询系统的管理信息系统(MIS)的软件设计流程图,为煤炭企业应用提供参考。
