| 摘 要： | 通过分析煤层气开采专用游梁式抽水机的几何关系和运动特点,建立了其运动学模型,给出了抽油机各运动参数的求解方法和各构件动力分析的解析方程,并通过实例计算了抽水机的运动和动力规律。结果表明,该方法步骤简单,可以定量地分析悬点的运动规律和各构件的动力学特性,完全能够满足现场数据计算的需要,对煤层气专用有杆泵排采设备的设计计算、系统分析和选型研究具有重要的指导意义和应用价值。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the geometric relationship and the kinetic characteristics of the special walking-beam pump for exploring coalbed gases, the paper builds its kinetic model, provides solutions of its kinetic parameters and the dynamic analytic equations of the components, and calculates its kinetic and dynamic regulations by example.
