用酸性FeCl3浸出硫化锑矿的反应动力学研究

摘    要:FeCl3浸出辉锑矿是一个生成固体反应物的固-液相反应,动力学研究表明:浸出过程属于二级反应;其动力学模型可用-df/dt=K(1-f)^2来描述;通过测定各温度条件下的表观反应速度常数K值,求得浸出反应活化能为53.34J/mol,因此浸出过程为化学反应控制。

Abstract:Leaching Sb2S3 ores by acid FeCl3 solution is solid-liquid phases second order reaction creating solid reactant. The kinetics investigation shows that the reaction is second order, its kinetics equation can be expressed as -df/dt=K(1-f)2, the leaching activation energy is 53.34J/mol,which can be evaluated by measuring the k" value i.e. the velocity constant of apparent reaction at variable temperature. Therefore, a conclusion is drawn that the reaction is within the control of chemical reaction.
