半导体激光对兔眼视网膜损伤及修复的观察

摘    要:目的:用半导体激光(波长810nm)照射兔眼视网膜,观察随着功率及脉冲数的增加视网膜损伤的变化,并长期随访眼底的修复情况。结果:810nm单脉冲激光照射兔眼视网膜功率为0.35-1.4W,脉宽为0.1秒的单脉冲时,检眼镜未发现兔眼视网膜的损伤,光镜下受照区视感受器与色素上皮层有轻度水肿及少许渗出;功率增至2.1-9.8W时,随着激光功率的增大,造成视网膜光凝斑,出血及玻璃体出血,光镜下可见受照区视网膜微隆起,内颗粒层部分细胞明显显核固缩或光凝处视网膜破裂消失。损伤后观察:当损伤轻微,由周围正常细胞修复,损伤严重最后由纤维组织和胶质细胞增生修复,为不可逆损伤。

Abstract:the injury and restoration of rabbit retina were observed with the increase of power and frequency by semiconductor laser(810nm)irradiation.The results indicated that no injury were discovered on rabbit retina when the power of laser irradiation were from 0.35 W to 1.4W and pulse width were 0.1s,but we could find the injury by light mirror,the injuries were photocoagulation retinal hemorrhage and vitreous hemorrhage when the power of laser irradiation were from 2.1 W to 9.8W and the pulse width were 0.1s.with the power increasing the injury were that retina eminence lightly or disappear.the restoration differ about different injury.The restoration of Light injury were from normal cell around and severity injury from cellular proliferation of fibrous tissue and glial cell.The severity injury were not reversible.
