纳米铜改性酚醛树脂对摩擦材料摩擦磨损性能的影响

摘    要:利用DM-S型摩擦材料试验机和XJJ-5型冲击试验机,对纳米铜改性酚醛树脂在干式摩擦材料中的应用进行了研究。结果表明:纳米铜改性酚醛树脂可显著提高摩擦材料的摩擦磨损性能和韧性;另外,纳米铜改性酚醛树脂的含量对摩擦材料的性能影响显著,在本试验条件下,改性树脂在摩擦材料中的较佳含量为33vol%。

Abstract:The application of phenolic resin modified by copper nanoparticles in friction materials was studied using a DM-S type friction material tester and a XJJ-5 type impact tester, It is indicated that the modified resin obviously increases friction and wear performances and toughness of friction materials. Moreover, the content of the modified one in a fiiction material remarkably affects friction and wear characteristics of the friction material, the optimal content is 33vol% under the conditions of present experiment.
