| 摘 要： | 设计10位20Mps流水线模数转换器,它具有高速度高分辨率的优点.其核心模块MDAC集数模转换、减法、余差放大和采样保持功能于一身,简化电路结构,提高模数转换器的性能.分析电容失配引入的误差,并给出减小误差的方法,微分非线性和积分非线性的模拟结果.

| Abstract: | A 10 - bit 20Mps pipelined ADC is designed, which has the merit of high speed and high resolution. The key pan MDAC has functions of digital - analog conversion, subtraction, residue amplifying and sample /hold, which simplify the circuit structure and improve the performance of the ADC. Error introduced by capacitor mismatch is analyzed, and the method to decrease the error is offered. At last, the simulation results of Differential Nonlinearity (DNL) and Integral Nonlinearity (INL) are presented. |
