| Abstract: | Polysiloxane-modified alkyd resin was synthesized by copolycondensation. The main fac-tors affecting the condensation reaction, such as temperature, catalyst, time and reactant ratio,were discussed in this paper. Some properties of the modified alkyd resin were also measured. |
