On April20, theThird ＂International Technical Seminar of Reliability oflnternal Combustion Engine＂ has been held in the Chinese Workers＇ Union in Beijing. Delegates from enterprises of auto parts, internal combustion engine, automobile, colleges ＆ universities, well-known research institutions both domestic and abroad, have attended this meeting.
