汽车座椅强度仿真分析及优化

摘    要:基于Hypermesh软件建立座倚强度仿真分析的有限元模型.并利用LS-DYNA进行显示求解计算,通过Hyperview后处理提取分析结果,得到了整个分析过程中座椅的变形过程及应力分布情况,并对模拟结果进行了优化,同时对优化结果进行了计算验证。

Abstract:A finite element model of an automobile seat strength was established using Hypermesh, and calculation was done with LS- DYNA. The distortion and stress distribution were displayed by Hyperview. The model was optimized, while the optimization result was veri- fied by calculations.
