| Abstract: | The paper discussed establishing ways about the application personnel training model in Biopharmaceutical Specialty of Newly Established Local Universities, including innovating teaching model, strengthening the teaching staff; strengthening practice teaching; reforming assessment methods; strengthening teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system. Its purpose is to improve students＇ ability and train more high-quality talents. |
