| 摘 要： | 分析了地方高校的基本现状，提出地方高校要适应科学发展观要求，在学科发展上实施错位竞争和差异化发展战略，努力挖掘和培育学科特色；坚持协同发展战略，发挥多学科整体竞争实力；实施人才强校战略和官产学研合作创新发展战略，提升学科核心竞争力，谋求学科乃至学校的全面、协调和可持续发展。

| Abstract: | The basic status of local colleges and universities is analyzed, and the requirement of local colleges and universities adapting to scientific development concept, local colleges and universities should implement dislocated competition strategy and differentiated development strategy to unearth and nurture the character of disciplines;adhere to the strategy of joint development and play a multi-disciplinary as a whole competitiveness;adopt the strategy of strengthening university by talents and the innovation and development strategy of cooperation between govemment, production, teaching and research. Consequently the disciplines and the universities can achieve a comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development. |
