三环减速器齿环板的有限元分析

摘    要:齿环板是三环减速器的重要传动零件,既是平行四边形机构的连杆,又与输出轴上的外齿轮互相啮合,其结构和受力情况都比较复杂。对齿环板受力进行了分析,计算了7种工况下齿环板所受的载荷力,应用ANSYS软件对其进行有限元分析求解。结果表明最大应力和最大位移都出现在φ=120°时的工况位置,且出现在受啮合力轮齿的齿根处。计算结果表明三环减速器齿环板的强度满足要求,这对三环减速器的设计计算和结构优化具有重要的意义。

Abstract:The driving ring board is an important transmission component of three-ring gear reducer ,which acts as the connecting-rod of the parallelogram mechanism and meshes with the external gear of the output shaft. Therefore, its structure and force conditions are very complicated. In this paper, the force of the driving ring board is analyzed and the load force of driving ring board in 7 conditions is calculated. The finite element analysis is carried out by ANSYS software. The result shows that maximum stress and displacement appear in working condition, and it also appears in the gear tooth root of gear tooth of meshing force. The calculation results show that the strength of the driving ring board meets the requirements, meanwhile, it has an important significance to the design calculations and structural optimization of three-ring gear reducer.
