1780热连轧机轧辊的动力学分析

摘    要:以1780热连轧机机组第五架轧机在轧制过程中发生振动为背景,建立轧辊三维模型,利用ANSYS软件对其进行动力学分析,计算出工作辊和支承辊的各阶模态参数。工作辊的第3阶和第11阶振型纵向变形较大,造成较大辊缝,对轧制厚度影响最大;支承辊的第1阶和第7阶振型轧辊纵向位移明显,五倍频振动是带材或轧辊表面产生明暗条件原因。

Abstract:The vibration happened in rolling process of 1780 tandem rollong mill is taken as background.The 3-D model of roll is established,then the dynamic analysis is done by using ANSYS,and the model parameters of rolls are calculated.The vibration of 3rd order and 11th order working roll has a large longitudinal strain,which affects the rolling thickness;the vibration of 1st order and 7th order backup roll has an obvious longitudinal displacement,the vibration of fifth harmonic generation is a light and shade condition reason on strip or roller surface.
