HPLC法测定6-甲基尿嘧啶的含量及有关物质

摘    要:建立了6-甲基尿嘧啶含量和有关物质的高效液相色谱测定方法。采用C18柱,检测波长为263nm,流动相为甲醇-0.1mol/L的醋酸铵(二者体积比为40:60),流速为1.0mL/min,进样量为20uL。样品检测质量浓度的线性范围为5~200ug/mL(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.42%(RSD值为0.51%)。该方法操作简便、快捷,结果准确、可靠,能有效用于产品的质量控制。

Determination of 6-methyluracil content and related substange in HPLC

Abstract:High performance liquid chromatography method for analyzing 6-methyluracil and related substance were established. C18 column was adopted at the detection and the detection wavelength was 263 nm. The mobile phase was methanol- 0.1mol · L^-1 acetate buffer(40 : 60,V/V) with flow rate at 1.0 mL · min^-1 and the inject volume of sample was 20 uL. The calibration curve of 6-metbyluracil is linear in the range of 5 - 200 ug · mL^-1 (r= 0. 999 9), and the average recovery of 6-methyluracil is 99.42% (RSD= 0.51%). The method is rapid,accurate and reliable,and it is effective for quality control.
