| 摘 要： | 建立了6-甲基尿嘧啶含量和有关物质的高效液相色谱测定方法。采用C18柱，检测波长为263nm，流动相为甲醇-0．1mol／L的醋酸铵（二者体积比为40：60），流速为1．0mL／min，进样量为20uL。样品检测质量浓度的线性范围为5～200ug／mL（r=0．9999），平均回收率为99．42％（RSD值为0．51％）。该方法操作简便、快捷，结果准确、可靠，能有效用于产品的质量控制。

| Abstract: | High performance liquid chromatography method for analyzing 6-methyluracil and related substance were established. C18 column was adopted at the detection and the detection wavelength was 263 nm. The mobile phase was methanol- 0.1mol · L^-1 acetate buffer（40 ： 60,V/V） with flow rate at 1.0 mL · min^-1 and the inject volume of sample was 20 uL. The calibration curve of 6-metbyluracil is linear in the range of 5 - 200 ug · mL^-1 （r= 0. 999 9）, and the average recovery of 6-methyluracil is 99.42% （RSD= 0.51%）. The method is rapid,accurate and reliable,and it is effective for quality control. |
