摘    要:系统阐述了外卡式PVDF压力传感器的设计过程,主要分为原理设计,结构设计,材料的选择,频率响应、性能指标的选取等,此种外卡式PVDF传感器可应用于柴油机高压油管压力的不解体检测。

Design of PVDF pressure sensor with a clip

Abstract:In order to test the pressure of high-pressure tubing more exactly and conveniently, this paper describes the design process of PVDF pressure sensor with a clip. Main contents include the design of theory and structure, material selection, frequency response, performance indicators and so on. Such PVDF sensor with a clip can be used in the non-destructive testing of high-pressure oil pipe pressure of diesel engine.
