摘    要:采用腐蚀失重、扫描电镜和X射线衍射分析测试方法,研究了在模拟油水气多相流环境中温度、CO2分压及含水率等因素对P110碳钢油套管材料腐蚀速率的影响规律。研究结果表明,在P110碳钢模拟油水气多相流环境中的宏观腐蚀形貌具有鳞片状不均匀腐蚀特征。在CO2分压为0.3MPa,水的质量分数为60%的条件下P110碳钢的腐蚀速率随温度增加而减小;在CO2分压为0.3MPa,温度为60℃的条件下P110碳钢的腐蚀速率随含水率增加而增大;在温度30℃,水的质量分数为60%的条件下P110碳钢的腐蚀速率随CO2分压增加而增大。

Abstract:The impact of temperature, CO2 partial pressure and water content on corrosion behaviors of P110 steel in oil - water - gas muhiphase flow environment were analyzed by corrosion weight loss, SEM, and XRD. The results showed that the macro - morphology of P110 steel corrosion in simulated oil - water - gas multiphase flow environments has flake - like non - uniform corrosion characteristics. When the CO2 partial pressure was 0.3 MPa and water content was 60 %, corrosion rate of P110 carbon steel decreased with increasing temperature. When the CO2 partial pressure was 0.3 MPa and temperature was 60 ℃, corrosion rate of P110 carbon steel increased with increasing water content. Under the conditions of 30 ℃ temperature and 60 % water content, the corrosion rate of P110 carbon steel increased with increasing CO2 partial pressure.
