中小物流企业信息化建设研究

论述了中小物流企业的信息化建设现状，对企业信息化的需求进行了调查分析。探讨了中小物流企业信息化建设中存在的盲目建设、缺乏长效性、缺乏整体性及管理不科学等问题；提出了坚持整体目标、明确建设目标、加强制度建设、建立长效机制、优化结构设计、加大资源整合、加强信息管理、规范数据标准等应对策略。

Information construction research of small and medium-sized logistics enterprise

The present situation of informatization construction of small and medium-sized logistics enterprise is discussed, and the demand of enterprise informatization is investigated and analyzed. In the informatiza- tion construction of small and medium-sized enterprises, there exists the problems of blind construction, lacking long effectiveness, lacking integrity and unscientific management; the following strategies are prop- osed： the overall objective is insisted, the construction goal is clarified, the system construciton is en- hanced, long-term machanism is established, the struture design is optimized, the resource integration is increased, the infomation management is enhanced and the data standard is normalized.
