辽宁科技大学教师亚健康状况及影响因素的调查研究

采用问卷调查、文献资料、访谈等研究方法对辽宁科技大学教师身体亚健康现状进行研究，结果显示：处于亚健康状态的教师较多，大部分是处于轻度身心失调阶段；从年龄上看，三四十岁教师的亚健康状态发生率最高，是由亚健康状态过渡到疾病状态的高发期；处于亚健康状态的教师绝大多数心理健康状态不佳。造成教师身体亚健康的因素主要有工作压力大，不良行为习惯和生活方式，缺乏体育锻炼等。

Research on subhealth condition and influence factors of teachers in University of Science and Technology Liaoning

This is an integrate research paper for the subhealth condition of university teachers. According to our research, a large number of teachers in University of Science and Technology Liaoning has been slightly in physical and mental disorder, at the age between 30 and 49, subhealth syndrome is most likely to occur and they are easily attacked by illnesses. University teachers in subhealth condition tend to be mental disorder. Working pressure, improper habits and lack of exercises are the main factors that cause the teachers＇ health problems.
