斜塘大桥主墩桩基双护筒施工技术

摘    要:斜塘大桥为四跨变截面预应力混凝土连续梁桥,采用钻孔灌注桩。通过分析主墩桩基施工中采取常规单层护筒施工方案的弊端,确定采用双护筒方案,以及外护筒循环使用、内护筒一次性投入的具体工艺。详细介绍了护筒制作、埋设工艺。最后总结了预防管材变形、预防刃脚处穿孔、护筒间隔离及外护筒拔出的施工措施。斜塘大桥内、外护筒施工既确保了施工质量和进度,又节约了成本。

Abstract:Xietang Bridge is a four-span variable cross-section prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge with adopting bored pile.After a disadvantage analysis of regular single-deck protective pipe construction plan for main pier foundation,a double protective pipes plan is determined with the specific process of recycling outer protective pipe usage and putting inner pipe once and for all.The fabrication and burying technique of protective pipe are put forward.Finally,relevant construction measures are summariz...
