大直径隧道盾构穿越机场滑行道沉降控制

摘    要:介绍了虹桥综合交通枢纽仙霞西路隧道大直径泥水盾构在浅覆土条件下穿越机场滑行道的沉降控制技术。采用PLAX IS2D有限元软件计算盾构推进对跑道的变形。为满足机场绕滑道的技术要求,地层损失率应控制在0.2%以内;在施工中采取将切口水压波动幅度控制在0.01~0.02 MPa;出土量误差控制在±0.5%以内;盾构掘进速度控制在10 mm/m in以内;根据地表沉降情况,在离盾尾8~10环的位置进行二次注浆。

Abstract:Taking West Xianxia Rd.tunnel project of Hongqiao Comprehensive Traffic Hub,this paper presents the settlement control technology of large-diameter mud water shield through airport taxiway under the condition of shallow covering.The deformation of taxiway influenced by shield tunneling is calculated by means of PLAXIS2D finite element software.To meet the technology requirements of airport taxiway,stratum loss rate shall be controlled less than 0.2%;cutting slurry pressure in volatility be between 0.01 MPa ...
