摘    要:针对城市新建中心商务区(CBD)的特点及交通问题,提出以交通微循环理论为支点,从内部路网结构、动态交通、静态交通、慢行系统等几个方面完成商务区内部交通系统的规划和设计。同时,以新建宁波南部CBD为例,综合理论与实践,验证了交通微循环设计的可行性。

Abstract:As for the features of new CBD and transportation problems in city,in light of Micro Transportation Circulation theory,this paper is focus on planning and design of inner routine net framework,active & silent transportation,and pedestrian & bike system,etc.In the meantime,taking new Ningbo South CBD for example,the feasibility of micro transportation circulation is confirmed with the combination of theories and practices.
