| 摘 要： | 美国鱼雷的发展动向一直是人们关注的焦点,该文介绍了MK48系列鱼雷的发展过程和现状,以及鱼雷光纤线导技术的开发情况,对美海军的鱼雷发展方针和策略进行了分析,并从以下几方面概括了值得借鉴的经验:坚持“需求导向,系列化发展”的基本方针;实施“目标明确,连续升级”的研发策略;采用灵活的改造升级路线;高度强调武器的经济可承受性;利用小企业创新动力获得商用高新技术等。

| Abstract: | The Developmental trend of torpedo in the United States of America is always concerned in the world.This paper describes the evolvement and the current status of MK48 series torpedoes,and the development of fiber optic wire-guided torpedo,and analyzes the relevant developmental strategy of torpedo in the US Navy.The referential experiences are summarized as follows: insisting the basic policy of need-leading and serial development;implementing the developmental strategy of definite aim and successive update;taking a flexible way to improvement and update;emphasizing on economic acceptance of weapon;obtaining new commercial off the shelf(COTS) technology from the innovations of small enterprises and so on.. |
