镁合金表面植酸转化膜的研究进展

摘    要:植酸是从谷类作物中提取的无毒有机磷酸化合物,由于它可迅速与Ca2+,Mg2+,Fe2+和Zn2+等金属离子结合形成螯合物,因此可用于金属的防护。植酸转化膜是一种环境友好型的镁合金表面处理方法,综述了镁合金表面植酸转化膜的研究进展。

Abstract:A review was provided about the research progress of surface modification of Mg alloys by phytic acid conversion coating.It was pointed out that as a kind of innoxious organic phosphate extracted from cereal crops,phytic acid was able to readily react with metal ions such as Ca2+,Mg2+,Fe2 + and Zn2+,forming chelate compounds and showing feasibility to protect metals,and phytic acid conversion technique was a new environmentally friendly technique for surface modification of Mgalloys.
