摘    要:电镀锡板弧表面抗划伤性近来受到越来越多的重视,但至今对此尚无统一的标准测试方法。经过分析比较,移植两种简单有效的测试方法-涂膜铅笔硬度泮和涂膜划痕硬度法来测试和评价电镀锡板表面抗划伤性,试验结果表明该测试方法可以用来比较电镀锡板表面抗划伤性。

Abstract:The scratch resistance of tinplate has attracted more attention recently. However, there is no standard test method for evaluating this kind of properties of tinplate so far. Two rapid and inexpensive test methods-pencil test and scratch test which are used oringinally for film hardness of an organic coating were modified to evaluate the surface scratch resistance of tinplate. It was shown that these two methods are suitable and effective.
