抗干扰技术在智能电磁流量计中的应用

摘    要:讨论了低频励磁环境下,电磁流量计中噪声产生的物理机理和存在形式,分析了噪声对流量测量的影响。针对以MSP430单片机和模数转换器AD7714为主要硬件的智能电磁流量计,综合应用了软件和硬件抗干扰技术,有效增强了测量的精确性。同时引入微处理器抗干扰技术,进一步提高了电磁流量计运行的稳定性,并拓展了电磁流量计的应用范围,开拓了更广阔的市场。

Abstract:The physical mechanism and existing condition of noises derived from low frequency excitation electromagnetic flowmeter are discussed and the influence of the noises during measurement is also analyzed. In the intelligent electromagnetic flowmeter based on major hard- ware of MSP430 single chip computer and AD7714 A/D converter, both software and hardware anti-interference techniques are applied so that the accuracy of measurement is improved. Meanwhile, the anti-interference techniques of microprocessor are also used for raising stability of operation. As a result, the application scope of electromagnetic flowmeter is enlarged and the market is broadened.
