碳热法生产硅钡铁合金的热力学分析及实践

摘    要:分析了“碳热法”冶炼硅钡铁合金过程中的各种化学反应并对其进行了热力学分析,给出了冶炼总反应方程。为了实现该反应,进行了物料平衡和能量平衡实验,设计了分层加料法。试生产结果表明,“碳热法”冶炼硅钡铁合金是可行的。

Abstract:To study the possible chemical reactions during smelting Si-Ba-Fe alloy by carbon-thermol method and calculates the free energy change of chemical reactions. The chief chemical reaction is given. For realizing the chief chemical reaction, the balances of materials energy are made, the method of adding materials according to layer and layer is designed. The results show that producing Si-Ba-Fe alloy by carbon-thermol method is possible.
