电石渣双碱法烟气脱硫的工业应用

摘    要:介绍了寿光新龙电化集团2×170t/h燃煤锅炉采用电石渣双碱法烟气脱硫工艺,试验了不同Na^+浓度和Ca:S情况下吸收液的再生反应时间与效率,测试了不同pH、液气比和Na^+浓度的吸收液对脱硫效率的影响,分析了烟气中的过量氧气对脱硫系统的影响,为相似装置的设计提供参考。

Abstract:Adopted the carbide slag double alkalis flue gas desulfurization process, the 2 × 170t/h coal-burning boiler in Shouguan Xinlong Electrochemical Group was introduced. The regeneration time and efficiency of absorbent solution under different Na^+ concentration in solution and Ca : S were studied. Different pH, liquid/gas ratio, Na^+ concentration in solution of the absorbent solution affecting SO2 removal efficiency were tested. Excessive oxygen in gas affecting FGD system was analyzed. It could provide reference for designing of similar devices.
