确定可展开面空间凸轮机构基圆半径的工程方法

摘    要:在可展开面空间凸轮机构的设计中,基圆柱半径的确定十分重要。它不仅影响机构的压力角,而且还影响其轮廓曲线的曲率半径。前者关系到机构的效率,后者关系到凸轮实际廓线是否产生类点或交叉失真。本文以求解平面凸轮机构的基本论点为依据,得出可展开面空间凸轮机构的基圆半径与许用压力角、曲率半径的关系式。设计时所选用的基圆柱半径必须同时满足上述两个条件。

Abstract:For dasing of spatial cam mechanism,the radius of base circle is an important parameter.It influences not only the pressure angle of mechanism,but also the curvature of earn contoUrs.The fromer plays an important parameter in determination of efficiency.And the later plays the character of earn contOUr,on that whether there is Sharp point or distortion from self-intersecting.This paper provided the formulars to determine the radius of base circle for design of drum cam mechanism and of tapered earn mechanism based on the conditions of pressue angle and f curvature radius of can contour.
