硅酸铝纤维/酚醛树脂复合体系的研究

摘    要:本文论述了硅酸铝纤维增强酚醛树脂复合材料的性能及偶联剂类型和处理方法对性能的影响。通过SEM、DTA、TG,氧指数和力学性能测试的结果说明,该材料具有较好的机械强度,耐热性和难燃性,其热分解温度在410℃左右,氧指数达43。经偶联剂处理后,机械强度和湿热强度有较大的提高。

Abstract:his paper discusses the properties of aluminosilicate fiber reinforced phenolic resin composite,and the effect of coupling agent type and treating methods on properties of composite.Using SEM, DTA,TG and other measurements,the obtained results are show that this composite has a good mechanical strength. The temperature of degradation is about 410C'The Oxygen Index is 43.After being treated with coupling agents,the mechanical property is greatly increased,but the thermal resistance is not improved obviously.
