冷源真空筒氢爆过程实验研究

摘    要:冷源真空筒内发生氢气-空气混合气体爆炸对真空筒结构完整性构成最大威胁,研究全尺寸模拟件的氢爆过程实验,得到各种工况下真空筒内氢爆炸产生的压力变化.实验结果表明理想配比的氢-空气在真空简内只会发生气体爆燃现象,最大超压为350 kPa.据此计算得到真空筒的von Mises等效应力及各主应力都远低于材料弹性极限,表明即使冷源装置发生最大破坏性的氢爆事故,真空筒仍能保持其结构完整性,不会危及到反应堆结构物安全性.

Abstract:The most dangerous accident of a cold neutron source is explosion of H2-air mixture inside the vacuum containment(VC).An experimental study with hydrogen-air stoichiometric concentration in VC has been done in a full-scaled set-up.The shock pressure curves of the explosion at different initial places were obtained.The results indicate that the explosion in VC is just a deflagrating,and the maximal shock pressure is about 350 kPa.The von Mises equivalent stress and the main stresses calculated are well below...
