摘    要:阐述了金刚石涂层及梯度硬质合金的发展概况,论述了金刚石涂层采用表层贫钴的梯度硬质合金作基体的构思。初步研制出表层贫钴梯度硬质合金YG6T并在其样品上制出了附着好的金刚石涂层。YG6T的结构为表面贫钴层-中间富钴层-芯部刚性层,表面层钴含量为3wt%左右,比内部低一倍以上,梯度硬质合金性能指标达到甚至超过常规硬质合金的要求。该材料的应用前景广阔,值得进一步试验推广。

Abstract:The development of diamond coating and gradient cemented carbide is stated, the conception of using gradient cemented carbide with poor Co content in the surface layer as the substrate for diamond coating is discussed in this paper. YG6T, gradient cemented carbide with poor Co content in the surface layer is developed and the first lot of sample are deposited with diamond coating in good addhesion. With structure of poor-cobalt-surface -rich-cobalt-middle-rigid core, the cobalt content of the surface layer of YG6T is around 3wt%, much lower than half of the middle.The performance of gradient cemented carbide passes or even go beyond the specifications requirement of conventional cemented carbides.With the broad prospect of application, the material is worth experimentation and commercilization.
