| 摘 要： | 介绍了PET工业废水中乙醛的回收利用技术及其经济社会效益。实践表明,利用乙醛回收装置,通过工艺优化,乙醛的回收率达99.5%,回收的乙醛纯度达到99.8%。与一般常用的乙醛废气焚烧法相比,不仅减少了因燃烧而产生CO2的排放,而且通过对废弃物乙醛的回收,实现了资源的再利用,社会效益明显。

| Abstract: | The recycling technology of acetaldehyde in PET industrial wastewater and its economic and social benefits were introduced in this paper.Practice showed that the recovery rate for acetaldehyde was 99.5% by the utilization of the recovery device and process optimization,and the purity of the recovered acetaldehyde was 99.8%.Compared with the commonly used incineration,the emission of carbon dioxide from burning acetaldehyde decreased,and even the resources were recycled through the recovery of waste acetaldehyde,obviously social benefits were realized. |
