大型球铁飞轮的无冒口铸造

摘    要:大型球铁飞轮曾因缩孔、缩松报废。业已查明,缺陷是由于采用冷冒口工艺所致,因为冷冒口实际上起排放冷铁液作用。取消冷冒口后,缩孔、缩松问题成功地得到解决。

Abstract:The heavy ductile iron flywheel had been rejected due to shrinkage. It has been found out that the defect was caused by adopting the foundry method with a cold riser which actually acted as a cold metal bleeder. After canceling the cold riser the shrinkage problem was successfully solved.
