摘    要:采用离子束溅射技术制Pt/C催化电极,降低了电极耗铂量至0.19mg/cm^2,电极具有良好的电化学性能。研究了在不同碳质载体材料上用不同沉积条件制备的Pt/C电极的电化学性能。

Abstract:The Pt/C catalytical electrodes(the thickness of Pt layers is 100nm)were prepared by ion beam sputtering method. The consumption of Pt in Pt/C electrodes is reduced to 0.19mg/cm 2.The crystal structure and the electrochemical properties of Pt/C electrodes made under different deposition conditions and on different substrates were studied.It was found that the Pt films in Pt/C electrodes possess fcc structure,and that the catalytical activity of Pt films deposited on the graphite cloths is better than that of Pt films on the carbon papers.Application of high beam voltages and high beam current during ion beam sputtering can improve the catalytical activity of Pt/C electrode further,and the catalytical activity of Pt/C electrode have not degraded after worked 1000 h.
